[Wusa-microsoft] Running Perl Scripts on 2003 R2

Has anyone succeeded in getting Perl Scripts to run successfully on
Server 2003 R2?

 

I've loaded IIS and created a Scripts Virtual Directory.  I've loaded
the ActivePerl and added the extensions in IIS.  Whenever I try to load
the test file, I get the file not found error page.
