Dear All, 

So first off, if you signed up for our email list at the Activities Fair on Tuesday, welcome to the club.  This is our main email list and you can subscribe/unsubscribe any time you want by following the instructions here:

Our next training is on Saturday from 11am-1pm in MacMillan Cafe on the Danforth Campus.  For the most part we train Tuesdays 7-9pm in Umrath Lounge and Saturdays 11-1pm in MacMillan, but our official schedule is here, so you can always check to make sure:

Beginners are always welcome.  Try to turn up a few minutes before class starts, wear comfortable workout clothing, or alternatively a pain white gi with no patches, and remove all jewellery and watches for your safety and your partner's.
