[Karate] Extra Training Opportunity

Dear All, 

Our parent club, TKRI Missouri, will be having a special training session on Saturday from 2.30-4.30pm (after brunch) and the instructor, Robert Miller, has told me that any of the new Wash U students would be very welcome to attend.  It will be in Maryland Heights (about half an hour's drive from Wash U) and I'll be going, so I could give 3 people a ride - let me know if you'd like a place in my car.  If anyone is thinking of driving themselves, the address is 12107 Wesland Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043.

We'll be training outside, so sunscreen and bug spray are a good idea (I'll try to remember to take some, and you can use mine if you forget.)  It's also REALLY important that you take a bottle of water (I expect we'll be moving to the park and there are no drinking water sources there) and a very good idea to bring a sports drink like Gatorade.   You'll be fine in the usual sweats/t-shirts, but make sure that you bring some athletic shoes.  The cost of training is $5.
