At Cangrade, we create and automate data-driven solutions to help organizations hire, develop and engage great employees.  We also work consultatively with large organizations, helping them use experimental methods and data science to make more informed, objective and ethical decisions.

We are seeking both Junior and Senior Consultants/Research Scientists, to help us run cutting-edge research, develop new products and work closely with high-level consulting clients.  Pay will primarily be by contract/billable hours, with the possibility for both full- and part-time employment.

The more senior position is a perfect opportunity for a skilled academic researcher who wishes to get her feet wet in industry or entrepreneurship, or just make extra $$ working on intellectually stimulating projects while exploring Cambridge’s vibrant startup community.  The junior position is designed as a more entry-level opportunity for people interested in a research career, and applicants need not have completed advanced graduate work.
