Hi,

We are contacting you because you are in a position to share this job
posting with the students in your computer science or engineering
program. Please pass this information on to your students.

Dr. Eric Lenze at the Washington University School of Medicine,
Department of Psychiatry has an ongoing project where we have been
developing an Android app to do Ecological Momentary Assessments of
people with Anxiety. This is just a randomly prompted survey from a
cell phone to see how the person is feeling at that exact moment.

The app is mostly complete and meets most requirements….except there are
parsing errors when trying to write the data from the phones to our
servers. We lost our programmers to graduation, but they estimated that
another programmer should be able to resolve the parsing errors in a few
hours. After resolving these issues for our next experimental group in
July, we would like to proceed with adding additional features. This
job would be a 5-10 hour a week job starting immediately and ongoing for
up to two years. Salary rate is $10 per hour, but is worth more in the
experience than the pay, this is a real world experience that should be
invaluable to a student.

The student will need knowledge in or ability to learn in a few days :

> PHP

> JQuery/Java Script

> HTML

> Python using the bottle framework

> Microsoft IIS (server)

> MSSQL (for the database on the server)

The students must be local, eligible to work in the United States, and
have transportation.

Please have any interested students apply by contacting Peter Dore at
dorep at psychiatry.wustl.edu <mailto:dorep at psychiatry.wustl.edu> or Leah
Wendelton at wendletl at psychiatry.wustl.edu
<mailto:wendletl at psychiatry.wustl.edu> with a resume and contact
information. We are looking to start immediately.

Thanks,

Peter Dore’
