Wash U undergrad looking to hire for new online business:


Senior Programmers (1-2)
Candidates will have:
Knowledge of, and expertise in, PHP, mySQL, JavaScript, and JavaScript
addons like AJAX.
Proficiency in other object-oriented coding languages for additional
creative programming with the site.
Some management experience preferred, but not required.

Senior Programmers will:
Add new features to dudelaws.com and its subdomains in a reasonable
timeframe, as agreed upon by management and the senior programmers.
Keep up with daily maintenance of the site, fixing glitches and bugs as
needed.
Ensure the efficiency of the backend and the security of our
directories.
Be the managers of the programming team that will be added on when the
site gets big enough.
Most important of all, have fun working on a site that they can watch go
viral as a result of their efforts!

Senior programmers will be paid in equity stakes in the company.
Interviews will be held as applications come in.
